Cozi Family Organizer App Reviews

I honestly very rarely write a review for apps, but I think its obvious from the other reviews as well that the latest update was for the worse and not the better. Please, developers, revert back to being able to choose the date/time of an event by simply clicking a date on the calendar and clicking the time frame with one click each. "Updating" to the scrolling option just makes your app like all the others. It took me a while to find an app like this that was a breeze to use with a simple template and then my iPhone automatically updated the app resulting in the changes :(

I depend on this app for everything my family does. But WHY did you go back to the scroll date and time!!?? This is awful and too time consuming. The calendar view to pick these things was quick and easy. Bring this feature back, please!!!?

There doesnt seem to be a way to sync your Google Or Outlook calendar with this app. That means Id have to input business trips and other personal events, just duplicating my efforts. Too bad...

Using Cozi for about a week. Love the ease and simplicity of this app.

Please get rid of the scroll for date and especially the time and put it back the old way. Also, is there a way I can keep my own calendar more private? My husband and babysitter do not need to know of every appointment and activity I do each day. It is a little creepy when they comment on some things that they have seen on my schedule.

Wish you could make set To Do lists to be daily without having to write it up daily.

Im not liking the new update at all. Ive been a Cozi user for years and I dont mind change but this was not a positive one.

Data Integrity failure. This app keeps losing events that we schedule. It has happened many times with different family members. The concept is great, but at its core, it is a database. Databases MUST have data integrity to be of any value. I rarely give poor reviews, but I cant with this app.

I still use this app every day but now it is buggy unlike before. It randomly shuts down my whole phone and I need to log back into my phone. Then the Cozi app is open to the monthly view and it discarded what I was creating. I then have to recreate whatever I was In the middle of doing. Please fix Cozi!! Thanks.

I use this app for all my family scheduling and I really enjoyed using it until the new update! I absolutely cant stand it! It was so much easier to schedule the hour and minutes before. The new scrolling feature is awful. Why oh why did you think this update was a good idea??!!

One of the things I liked best about this app was the meal planning-it was so easy for my husband to look up what we were having and get dinner started. I was always hopeful theyd add meal planning to the app, but at least was able to access that function from safari on my phone. Now theyve made it so you cant even access the regular site from your mobile, and customer support said they had no intention of reversing it. Adding in meals from The recipe section is a pain, as there is so much room for error with the scrolling calendar only. Well be searching for a new app ASAP!

PLEASE ADD A SEARCH FEATURE ...for example, if I couldnt remember when my dentist appt was, I could search "dentist" and it would bring me to that date. Other than that, I absolutely love it!!!! Also, there needs to be a quicker way to delete items off a list...swipe left??? Three taps to delete something is crazy!

I dont bother with reviews often, but I use this app every day and the new calendar is terrible. The time it takes to get the dial on the correct day and time is a waste. Please go back to the prior version. It was so much faster and simpler. Until then I would not recommend this to anyone. I would also appreciate being able to notify family members of an appt that is not for them, like an FYI.

scrolling for the date and time ruined a wonderful app. Looking for a replacement after using Cozi for many years - just too annoying!

We are long time Cozi fans - it greatly helped to improve our family organization! The latest update is so frustrating though! Like many other reviewers, I beg the developers to revert to the previous calendar view "select-a-date" - the scrolling feature for selecting a date and time is not as quick and user friendly as it seems in theory. I also miss being able to delete items from my grocery list with a swipe. Now I have to open the item to delete it - too much fuss and too much time!

My wife & I use this everyday to coordinate our business & personal schedules. We love the App but the latest update is terrible for entering appointments.

Cozi has been a life changer for me! Before Cozi I just used a regular paper calendar and if I was out and needed to make appointment, I had no clue what my schedule was (my old calendar was a wall calendar. We are a family of 4 plus I help care for my parents and brother, so I am on the go a lot, its great having my schedule where ever I go and its so easy to keep everything organized. I purchase the Cozi Gold because I love the program so much.

I love this app! It has literally changed our familys life. No more fights with the husband about conflicts, now he can see everything in real time on his phone.

Used to love it but the calendar locks up and restarts my iPhone! Please FIX IT! Ill write a good review when there is something good to say!
